"As we were travelling to the Ukraine via Budapest, we searched for a hotel and found Hotel Charles on the Internet, it was close enough to visit the sights, Upon our arrival to the Hotel Charles we were greeted by extremely helpfull stall, who settled us into our room, we found the Hotel extremely clean, tidy and efficiently run, the food and waiters/waitresses were impeccable in there dutys,we were so pleased that we booked Hotel Charles for out return stay, As quite a fussy traveller I can only give praise to this Hotel and will certainly use them again when in Budapest, Anyone reading this review I thoroughly recommend "The Hotel Charles" for your stay in Budabest"

"it would be difficult to find a fault this time (except the coffee). my room was quiet, no noise at all which was what i asked for(may be the place was far from full), no prblems at all, staff extremely helpful and polite. this hotel is a good combination of spa facilities, comfort, good breakfast, nice staff, convenient location, beautiful view, danube i shall return !!!!!!!!!"
