The staff was so rude to me I dreaded going into the lobby...I asked them to call me a cab (they told me I should do it myself), I asked them to explain the bill to me (they were unable to), and I asked for a wake-up call and they never called me! Good thing I was miraculously up at 6 am so I didn't miss my flight! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else...ANYWHERE else. I know the location is convenient but it's really easy to get around Budapest so stay somewhere that you'll be treated with a little decency."
