"As a solo traveler, I wanted to pamper myself with a nice hotel for a couple days. I should have stayed in a hostel!! The staff was so rude to me I dreaded going into the lobby...I asked them to call me a cab (they told me I should do it myself), I asked them to explain the bill to me (they were unable to), and I asked for a wake-up call and they never called me! Good thing I was miraculously up at 6 am so I didn't miss my flight! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else...ANYWHERE else. I know the location is convenient but it's really easy to get around Budapest so stay somewhere that you'll be treated with a little decency."

"We loved staying in this very centralized location! It was simple to get to, very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and easy to connect with for arrival and departure. We loved that there were only 4 rooms. We would definitely stay here again!"
