Having read comments/reviews on Tripadvisor I was a bit unsure that I had done the right thing in changing my hotel for the Gellert - I'm so glad I did and would definately go back. Some customer service training would be beneficial as some staff - in pools/spa area were abrupt and cold. Saying that the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful as were the maid service. I can't wait to go back to Budpest and Gellert.
