The decor and presentation is excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable with nice balconies. Bathroom attractive but the bath tub adds negative value in my opinion. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. I don't understand why some guests complained about the location since the bus stop was just 5 minutes walk away. The upscale neighborhood was quiet and very nice and there were at least 3 supermarkets around it. I will give the hotel 5 star rating."
