Pleasant surpriseReview of Hotel Erzsebet City Center, Budapest, Hungary"We've chosen the hotel on internet, wanting a good location at a reasonable price, even not having the comfort of a four stars hotel. Arriving at the hotel we were received by a helping stuff that took our luggage and gave us the room just as we requested on internet, without any problem. The room and service were not at a less standard than the four stars hotel we had in Vienna but everyone was more kind and helpful than there. They helped us even by giving a room to our friends, even after we already left. When faced a problem with the plumbing, the stuff solved the problem by offering us two choices of other rooms but we preferred not to change the hotel.
