Gellert needs help!Review of Danubius Hotel Gellert, Budapest, Hungary"The Gellert was the biggest dissapointment on my trip to Europe. They need to take lessons on service, marketing, maintenance, practically everything... update the rooms, greet, smile, make an effort... there are hotels in Budapest that do it, so it is not that hard. What a waste of a location and historic building! A pitty! Someone please invest some money and skills to make it better, it's a shame." It is located about a 20 min. walk to the pedestrian area of Budapest, so it would be worthwhile to figure out their bus system."
