Review of Hotel Burg, Budapest, Hungary

"Hotel Burg is a comfortable, clean hotel in the castle district of Buda - a tourist precinct - this is a plus. It is very close to the Fisherman's Bastion and there is plenty to see and do close by. The plentiful breakfast could offer more variety in the way of cereals and fruit. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a hilly 15 minute walk from Pest which is where all the shops and many other attractions are. The walk is okay going to Pest but coming back can be tiring. The hotel has no lift and there was no valet service to the room. The shower was shabby with an overflow pipe which dripped annoyingly."

Review of Atlas City Hotel, Budapest, Hungary

"we were touring around europe on our motorbike en route to croatia and decided to short stay in buadpest , so we wanted a reasonably priced,clean hotel. the room was fine but ours looked out onto the main road , traffic was ok but trams were noisy but passed the hotel pretty quickly, so not noisey for long. the rooms at the back of the hotel would be a lot better, but we had an uprated room which was very good. so in many ways made up for the noise. trams stopped at a decent hour in the evening but started fairly early,people have to get to work ! the hotel was situated pretty centrally , with only a short walk to restaurants etc. overall , not bad place to stop, but, if you want to spend a lot of time in your room go for the rear rooms . "

Review of Hotel Charles, Budapest, Hungary

"The staff was really helpfull, knowing a lot about the city, speaking english very well. All the hotel and rooms were really clean. The hotel was not completely in the center but actually really well situated on Buda not far from the Castle. By bus it takes 10 min to be on Pest side. Bus all the time, day and night. I really recommend this hotel for a trip (long or short) in Budapest for all kind of travellers, included famillies."
