The Comedy Theatre of Budapest, Vigszinhaz, is located in a beautiful building, constructed at the end of the 19th century, in between the Nyugati-Western Railway Station and Margaret Island, not far from the Pest side of Margaret Bridge. The theatre’s performances always drew many visitors, giving birth to the modern Hungarian theatre stage.
