The village of Aggtelek is located in the northeastern corner of Hungary, at a 50-km distance from Miskolc, right at the Slovak border. The Baradla Cave is one of the most famous dolomite caves in Hungary. It is also the longest and the best-surveyed dripstone cave of the country.
