+	The staff were so helpful, with information and arranging various triips, even when we had trouble with the demonstrations. Each one of them was a pleasure to deal with.
-	Sheets did not fit under a mattress. But the rooms were spacious and warm.

My sister and I are a mature pair and we had a great time at the Hotel Charles. The staff were the most helpful we have met, hotel was clean and breakfast good too. We had dinner at the Hotel and that was very varied and enjoyable.
