+ location is really near the center (walk-able distance), staff was very helpful and professional
- next to the main city road and railways, when you want to get room on more silent side, then you need to choose smoking room.

+ The staff was excellent and nice. The room was spacious. We had a lovely two- day holiday. The room was worth the money we paid.
- There were just small things like torn curtains, spots on the carpet or broken ventilator in the bathroom that we didn´t like.And water in the shower flew slowly through the drain pipe. Breakfast was rich and fresh but a bit expensive.

+ The room was excellent. The reception as well as breakfast crew were very polite, helpful and professional, even with a 14month old baby they were very tolerant and helpful. The location was 20 minutes by foot from city centre, no problems pushing a pram in the area.

Charles is a very good choice if you can sleep in the noise

+ The kindness of the staff, hotel services, very good restaurant (even if not so cheap), spacious rooms, the price, the possibility to park the car for free on the streets behind the hotel
- The only bad matter is the noise from the street, this is really the only big problem of this good hotel

+ Great value for money! The staff is very helpful and friendly. We would also like to recommend the restaurant in the evening, we ate some deliciously prepared salmon.
