+ The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff where very pleasant and very helpfull.
- The noise from the traffic was a problem. It would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel as well as a restaurant.

+ The staff were so helpful, with information and arranging various triips, even when we had trouble with the demonstrations. Each one of them was a pleasure to deal with.
- Sheets did not fit under a mattress. But the rooms were spacious and warm.

- The first night, I stayed in a room without AC (then moved to a deluxe room with AC). The one night of the total of 9 nights of my stay I had to keep windows open and the noise was terrible for most of the day and night. I recommend installing AC and double-glazed windows in all rooms to really upgrade this aspect to the excellent level of all other aspects of this hotel.

+ Staff were friendly, helpful and english-speaking. The restaurant was surprisingly reasonably-priced and the Goulash was deelicious.
- Lack of air conditioning ( i know it's a luxury in many parts of Europe).

- Watch out not to stay on the noisy side of the hotel. The sheets were too small for the beds and kept slipping off in the night while sleeping.
