We enjoyed our stay at the Charles Hotel. It is located on the Buda side, so was less noisy in a pretty quiet neighborhood. The staff tried to be helpful in every way. They spoke English so it was easy to communicate. They went out of their way to arrange special transportation to the airport. A very modern building with lots of special lighting available in the room.
