The staff was really helpfull, knowing a lot about the city, speaking english very well. All the hotel and rooms were really clean. The hotel was not completely in the center but actually really well situated on Buda not far from the Castle. By bus it takes 10 min to be on Pest side. Bus all the time, day and night. I really recommend this hotel for a trip (long or short) in Budapest for all kind of travellers, included famillies.
