The Nagyerdo � large forest received its name not for the size of its ground, but for the size of its trees. The 1082ha forest, of which 100ha is a nature conservation area, includes century-old oaks, hornbems and silver lime trees, reaching 25-26m in hight. The forest can be visited freely, and is a popular place for outings. In the spring, beautiful flowers bloom under the trees. An educational centre is located at the entrance.
