+	Comfortable beds and rooms. Very quiet rooms allowed for a good nights sleep.
-	being stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with no apologies or explanations given.

+	The room and the facilities were very nice
-	Problems with certain staff members not speaking English very well, poor signage and directions around the hotel, certain things advertised but then not open (the movie room, the Pub, etc.)

+	De combinatie hotel - wellness
-	De locatie, naar de stad kun je gratis gebruik maken van de zwembadbus maar het aantal ritten is beperkt. Je kunt ook met de public bus gaan, de halte is op ongeveer een 10 minuten lopen en dan bij het 1e metrostation op de metro stappen.

+	Cestujeme často, jsme zvyklí na vysokou kvalitu služeb a mohu říci, že na hotel Rmada jsme dostali výborné reference. Mohu potvrdit, že jsme se měli nádherně, ubytování luxusní, snad jej hosti brzy nezničí, delikátní kuchyně s bohatým výběrem.
-	Nespokojenost je silné slovo, jen jsem se nikde nedočetla, že vstup do Aquaworldu, resp.na tobogány je výškově oimezená pro děti od 140cm. Díky ochotě poersonálu jsme však na recepci podepsali výjimku, nebo syn přes menší vzrůt výborně plave a na tobogány nakonec mohl.

+	Wellnessangebot und Aquapark wirklich ganz toll.
-	Kein Wireless mit privaten Notbook am Zimmer.Über TV Rechnungsansicht und andere Sachen möglich, jedoch funktionieren die nicht.

-	Bankkártyánkról zároltak kauciót a bejelentkezésnél, kp-vel fizettünk és a mai napig nem jutunk az összeghez (több, mint négy munkanap). Viszont a recepció nagyon segítőkész az üggyel kapcsolatban, többször beszéltek már a bankjukkal is. Utólagos elmondásuk alapján ez már nem először fordult elő és erre nem hívták fel a figyelmünket.

+	tisztaság, kényelem, tágas pótágyazható szobák, kedves személyzet
-	komoly negatívum volt az animátorok hiánya. A meghírdetett mesevetítés 3/4 órával később kezdődött s nem ott ahol meg volt hírdetve! A gyerekekkel jó lett volna ha van aki foglalkozik, hogy a szülők rendelkezzenek egy kis szabadidővel, hogy igénybe tudjanak venni egy masszázst vagy egy finom koktél mellett üldögélhessenek.

+	Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt das Zimmer ein Traum!
-	Im Spa ist der Sauna Bereich viel zu kleine! Ausserdem sind in Nacktbereich immer wieder Leute mit Beckleidung! Der nicht Nacktbereich ist sehr frequentiert was ich noch nie in einer anderen Sauna gesehen habe.
