+	The services especially SPA are excellent
-	The hotel is located too far from the center of the city, to get to the center from it without a car is a problem

+	Comfortable beds and rooms. Very quiet rooms allowed for a good nights sleep.
-	being stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with no apologies or explanations given.

+	The room and the facilities were very nice
-	Problems with certain staff members not speaking English very well, poor signage and directions around the hotel, certain things advertised but then not open (the movie room, the Pub, etc.)
