+ Staff were exceptionally friendly. Made us feel wanted, even with young kids; while struggling with buggies, breakfast in morning and dining in evening. - The room looked like it could have been dusted down a bit better. Perhaps it was the opening weekend of a new tourist season... it had that feel. Just little things like blinds not working, a few blown bulbs and plug repair needed in kitchenette (which was very good incidentally). Were we to visit Budapest again we would very happily return to this hotel. The two bedrooms and the kitchennete made staying there with kids so much easier. The hotel contributed strongly to a very enjoyable stay in Budapest.
