The Hidegkúti Nándor Stadium is located in the eastern part of downtown Budapest, at the conjunction of Hungária boulevard and Salgótarjáni street. The stadium of the MTK football club was built in 1947, the stand can accommodate 12.700 spectactors, but only 5.700 can be seated, and 5.000 standing places are out of use. Facilities include a basketball hall, and a gymn as well. Renovation work started in 1995, resulting in another sport hall with an artificial grass soccer field.
