Bozsik Stadium – Budapest
The Bozsik Stadium is situated in the southeastern part of Budapest, in the Kispest district. Built in 1938, extended in 1955 and in 1967, renovated in 1986, 1990 and 2006, it is home of the Honvéd football club. The stadium can accommodate 9.500 spectactors, over half of them seated. It was named after József Bozsik, who played on the national football team 101 times. Apart from the major field, the facility includes 2 grass, 2 artificial grass, and 1 small artificial grass fields.
The statium is easy to access by public transportation: tram line 42 to the end station (Tulipán utca, 10 minutes) from the Határ út metro stop of M3.
